I found everything good, would recomand it to all. Thank you everyone for a really nice stay by about 50 dollars for each night. Its location relatively close to Rikki Tiki Tavern was unbeatable. The staff was helpful and attentive, they were always available.

The hotel is simple, fairly clean, has lovely staff and food. The property's staff is superfriendly. The hotel has impeccably clean rooms with kitchenette as well as balcony.

Location was the greatest thing!

Check in time for people coming back from a cruise should be earlier since cruisers are getting off the boat in the morning. We only got our room at 4 so the waiting was far too long.

The property was hard to access due to its location. The facilties were dirty and some of the other guest were engaging in activities that I didn't feel my kids needed to be around. I felt uncomfortable that our room was right behind a female strip club. I could not relax the entire time.

Roaches in the bathroom,toilet stayed clogged.

Beautiful room, excellent location, priced a little too high for me, bed was too soft for me, excellent workers, very good breakfast.

Price was high, but it is a good place to get shaded from the sunshine. Water pressure too low in shower.

I stayed here last month and loved it. The room wasvery comfy and tidy, and the location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach. It exceeded my expectations for a relaxing getaway.

Some housekeeping supervision needed. Room clock did not work, TV fuzzy, missing lightbulb in bedside lamp, shower drip, room floor either not vacuumed or done with full vacuum, sand on bedcover.

The property was ideal with attentive staff. The hotel's position was comfortable, near to port, and a pier that was lots of fun and good food. We had lunch in Dunkin', located nearby. We had a good time.

The pool was perfect for unwinding after a beach day, and the location, just a block from the ocean, couldn't have been better. The room was clean and decorated nicely, with a cozy balcony with a great view of the pier, awesome for watching sunsets!

Breakfast could be better.

We loved our stay at Days Inn Cocoa Beach. A very short walk to the beach. You could see the pier sign from outside our room. The room was very clean and the staff was very helpful. Everything is so easy to find and so close. It was an older hotel but we aren't high maintenance. Myself and my teens absolutely loved it. Can't say enough good things about our stay.

I didn't get the opportunity to eat the breakfast because we slept in or stayed busy so I can't rate that. I have no complaints.

This location is close to the pier, which is what I was searching for. It was closer than I expected so it suited me perfectly.
